Philip has over a decade of experience in residential and commercial mortgage lending, originating over $200M in mortgage loans during that time and he is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. He handles all property types from coops and single family homes to commercial, mix use properties, and apartment buildings.

 

Over the years, Philip developed a niche working with business owners and investors as they tend to be a bit more complicated and are not always able to qualify with the traditional lending options.  Philip is well versed in the language of business having earned his MBA in finance from Stony Brook University after first receiving a Baccalaureate in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.  This has provided him with the tools necessary to analyze, interpret, and advise on the best options to acquire real estate and set yourself up to build your real estate portfolio and/or grow your business.

Philip is also a real estate investor, he owns rental property and is involved in alternative real estate investments including multifamily projects across the United States.  He can leverage his network of real estate and banking professionals to help you target the investment you’re looking for.
